LAMINGTONS FOR AUSTRALIA DAY

Australia Day is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate that eating our way through some of Australia’s most iconic foods with our loved ones - preferably around a BBQ at the beach or by a backyard pool. Lamingtons rank pretty highly on the list, and they are my favourite because they fall squarely into the ‘baked-goods’ category.
